like my style? COMMISSION me!
Some of my favourite paintings have been those I’d never thought I’d do, because they are of someone else’s much loved pets or memories of places I’ve never been! When a camera couldn’t quite do the moment justice, or the image is fuzzy or damaged but all you have left - a commissioned painting can be the way to bring it back to life, the way you remember it best.
Commissioned art makes a thoughtful and unique gift - perhaps you have a special anniversary to commemorate, a holiday destination with beautiful memories, or someone who just LOVES a particular plant or animal?
I can also design custom gemstone jewellery for a specific event or special someone!
I’m truly honoured to have been able to produce the commissions I have and I’m excited to wonder what else I might try my hand to next…
prices
Art prices start at £100 for a single subject pet portrait, minimum size A4. Please understand that prices and completion times are dependent on the complexity of the piece - more than one animal, complex backgrounds, and landscapes take more time and will cost more. I will not attempt to directly copy or reproduce work by other artists or photographers so please don’t ask (submitted photos will be subject to a reverse image search).
Jewellery prices depend largely on the cost and quantity of materials used. Complex designs take a lot of time to research and source specific stones, let alone the hours of knotting and threading to bring them together. Design time alone means custom jewellery pieces start from £200.
The final price will be agreed upon before work begins or any materials are ordered. A 10% non refundable deposit is required to begin the commission process, with the final balance due before delivery.
Please allow at least 6 weeks until your piece is required - I often have other projects already in progress and good art takes time.

I created ‘Staring Upwards’ from a memory I wanted to be able to revisit: standing in an impressive Beech woodland in late Spring, watching the dark trees sway against the bright twinkling stars above.
