For customers and subscribers to the INSPIRED mailing list - your personal information is kept secure and will never be shared with a 3rd party excepting for Mailchimp (auto-response emailing platform) and mail carriers for the sole purpose of agreed digital and physical product delivery. Subscription is completely free and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

PRINTED PRODUCTS

Printed products featuring INSPIRED for NATURE designs are available through Redbubble.com, a trusted print on demand platform that handles the production and delivery of the items. INSPIRED for NATURE does not have access to your personal information required for the processing of a printed order nor handles the products themselves, cancellations and returns must also be via Redbubble. COMMISSIONED ART

The Commission Process

Before you agree to go ahead with a commissioned piece a draft sketch or series of sketches will be sent for you to inspect. To protect the artist against instances of design theft a watermark will be placed across the draft copy, there will be no watermark on the final piece of art. The final artwork will include the artists signature as is customary unless agreed to beforehand.

PHOTOS required for Commissioned Artwork

Multiple photographs of the subject are required in jpeg format, preferably including different lighting and angles, as it allows Sarah to 'fill in the blanks' with regards to deep shadows etc. Where more photographs is just not possible, substitute (stock) images may be used to represent the detail otherwise missing, a cropped out paw for instance. Please remember that stock images are protected by copyright and therefore cannot be the main image used as the basis for the painting - by submitting a photo you agree that you own the rights for legally using and reproducing the image.

DELIVERY of Commissioned Artwork

The artwork itself is supplied with a white card mount ready for framing and to help protect the edges during transit and handling.

Unless specified during the initial discussions, the cost of delivery and packaging is included in the price of the artwork.

For local orders delivery can be made in person, for out of area orders the image will be sent by courier or post. Due to the nomadic nature of the artists lifestyle what is considered 'local' is subject to change so will be discussed on an individual basis. Delivery outside of the UK will need to be discussed before commencement and will likely incur higher costs.

Occasionally life throws a spanner in the works through no fault of our own, for artwork that arrives damaged please notify of the issue immediately! Depending on the method of delivery a claim would be made upon the insurance provided by the delivery company (by the Artist) and the art work would be redone. Please be aware that this will take additional time to arrange and remedy, the artist is not liable for issues arising from such delays.

PAYMENT for Commissioned Artwork

Payment is required in full before commencement of the final piece. After you have approved the draft sketch(es), a PayPal invoice will be sent. PayPal is an easy and secure way to pay online and you can pay via Card or even Bank Transfer without registering if you do not have an account. Click here to visit PayPal's website to learn more.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS of Commissioned Artwork

If at the quoting stage for any reason you do not wish to go ahead with an order, you will not be charged a penny even if a draft sketch has been made! However due to the nature of commissioned art, a full refund is not possible after the final artwork has been completed. In such circumstances where part of the artwork has been completed and you wish to cancel, a partial refund may be agreed upon to cover the costs of materials and time already lost.
